Using the app

• CatPoke is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for the photos you take. Do not photograph people without their consent.
• Use the camera feature responsibly and in compliance with local laws.

Subscriptions

• CatPoke Pro is a monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

AI breed identification

• Breed identification is powered by AI and is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• Results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or veterinary decisions.
• Photos sent for analysis are processed by OpenAI and subject to their terms.

Your content

Photos and data you create in CatPoke are yours. They are stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Limitation of liability

CatPoke is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or inaccurate AI results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
